What we delivered.
Site survey showed negative grade running toward the garage slab and clogged downspouts dumping at the foundation. Osmo installed 220 LF of perforated French drain in a properly sized exfiltration trench, regraded the side yard with a swale to the rear, and tied all four downspouts into the new drainage system. Homeowner reports zero garage water intrusion through two rainy seasons since.
